HMB Partners, Inc. is a real estate investment and development company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. It was established by its two principals, Donald E. Beauregard and Thomas N. Morrill in 1989. Initial projects included residential resort development in Summit County, Colorado; a residential subdivision in Santa Fe, New Mexico; and a golf course residential development in Pella, Iowa.

The primary activity of the company from 1991 through 1997 was the acquisition and management of suburban office buildings. Major market penetration included Denver, Colorado and Phoenix, Arizona. HMB utilized its own full service management and leasing company to operate and value enhance the portfolio and position it for disposition.

In 1998, the company re-directed its primary business focus to lifestyle community development. Major acquisitions were made in Santa Fe, New Mexico; Wickenburg, Arizona; Sonoma County, California, Denver, Colorado; and Kerrville, Texas.

HMB's staff possess a diverse universe of skills that provides administrative, financial and advisory support for its development and operating assets. Each project represents an individual business plan to which key HMB employees are assigned. The influence of the company's two principals is felt on every project.
