Donald E. Beauregard has more than 30 years of experience in the acquisition and development of land and operating real estate assets. Mr. Beauregard employs diverse skills to enhance property value and implement development activity.

As Director of Real Estate from 1973 to 1981 for the nationally acclaimed Keystone Resort, he employed his marketing and management skills to assist in the development of a comprehensive master plan. During his tenure, the project evolved into a destination resort that included 1,000 condominiums, a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course and residential community, and a full service guest lodging environment.

In the early 1980's, he established the U.S. subsidiary of Rohan Group, PLC, a publicly traded European commercial development and investment company. Serving as CEO, he directed commercial development activities in Colorado and served as a consultant for their California affiliates. Projects included the development of industrial, retail, and office buildings, as well as land acquisition and development.

Thomas N. Morrill has expertise rooted in a hands-on background of acquisitions, finance, administration, and development. He spent six years in the corporate banking and acquisition arena, beginning with the Republic National Bank of Dallas. His experience includes both debt and equity structures as well as corporate finance and planning. In the 1980's, he operated as CFO and Executive Vice President of the L.C. Fulenwider Company, one of Denver's oldest and largest full service real estate development firms. He was responsible for the administration, marketing and disposition of an investment and development portfolio exceeding $100 million in commercial and residential properties, including custom home residential subdivisions and high-rise condominiums. Mr. Morrill received his MBA degree from the University of Texas in Austin in 1976.

Tyler Beauregard – Vice President of Development

Tyler joined HMB in 2003 after a successful career as a futures and options broker in Chicago. Tyler is responsible for new business development, land acquisition, risk analyses as it pertains to the company's acquisition and development strategies, sales & marketing efforts, and coordinating relationships with HMB's hotel partners.

Tyler has spent the past three years directing HMB's development activities in Los Cabos, Mexico.  During this time, Tyler has focused his efforts on developing the expertise necessary to fulfill the company's business plan of capitalizing on the long-term development opportunities in Latin America.  Tyler has extensive relationships with industry professionals throughout Mexico, allowing him to successfully execute the company's objectives throughout the region.  Tyler earned a BS in finance from the University of Vermont in 1999 and lives in Denver with his wife, Caroline and sons, Jack and William.
